Innovation Base for Mass Transit (Changzhou)
Changzhou Mass Transit Industry Base was awarded as "Science and Technology Commercial Innovation Base" by Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Science and Technology of China in 2007. It contains 48 enterprises with total assets more than 15 billion yuan. The capacity of R&D and throughput almost covered all the systems of mass transit include car body, bogie, A.C transmission control system, brake system, vehicle interior decoration, auxiliary equipment, etc. The public service management of the industry base is Changzhou Railway Traffic Industry Association which is guided by Changzhou Economic & Trade Committee. With a series of active actions and developing service, it was confirmed as an approbatory public service association by enterprises specializing in Mass transit industry.
